RGIT Australia’s RTO Manager System Administrator, Sushil Adhikari, facilitated an ‘RTOM Customer Relationship Management (CRM)’ training session for marketing team in Melbourne in Level 7 Boardroom on Wednesday, 14 February 2018.

Training in the CRM system will facilitate management of sales interactions with prospective students and agents by automatic every tasks, such as issuing offer letters. Training in the system will also increases team efficiency, improve reporting and data organisation, and enhance internal and external communication between teams.
