Novel Coronavirus Update
This is to inform all students and staff, that, RGIT Australia continues to monitor the novel coronavirus situation. RGIT Australia management is adhering to the information provided by the authorities and is putting in place measures to assist students and staff, including ongoing advice and support, as this situation continues to evolve.
The Australian Government Department of Health has advised that individuals who are experiencing symptoms and / or have been in contact with a confirmed case of novel coronavirus, should arrange to visit their usual doctor for urgent assessment. It is encouraged you telephone the health clinic or hospital ahead of arrival. Symptoms include (but are not limited to):
- sore throat
- shortness of breath
RGIT Australia is working with Australian and Victorian authorities on this matter and will continue to act on the advice from these authorities to maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff, students and visitors to our campuses.
