RGIT Melbourne campus students held one of RGIT Australia's largest and most successful hospitality showcases in Level 7 Boardroom, Main Campus on Tuesday, 26 June 2018.

Hospitality Coordinator, Dr Bharat Sharma, warmly welcomed all in attendance, including RGIT Melbourne staff, students and agents. Dr Sharma spoke of RGIT Australia's regular showcases which are aimed at student engagement and showcasing student talent.

Hospitality Trainer, Ujjal "Monty" Singh Sardar, introduced his Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Stage 3 students, the stars behind the magnificent buffet. Sardar spoke of the progress made by students, congratulated them on their tremendous efforts in the lead-up to and on the day, and expressed his pride in students' enthusiasm and skills in pulling off such a wonderful event.

RGIT Australia's Academic Principal, Peter Robertson, spoke of upcoming developments in the Academics Department, and congratulated all involved in organising the event.

RGIT Australia CEO, Chandra Yonzon, was delighted to celebrate in one of RGIT Australia's most successful showcases, saying that such events serve as engaging displays of the achievements of our students. Mr Yonzon expressed his thanks to staff and agents for their participation, and students for their enthusiastic and warm hospitality.

RGIT Melbourne's showcase coincided with a hospitality showcase which took place at RGIT Australia’s Hobart campus the same day, at which more than 50 RGIT staff, students, agents and industry partners were in attendance. These latest showcases come following Melbourne campus’ most recent hospitality showcase in March this year.
