RGIT Australia’s newest students were welcomed at RGIT Australia’s Term 2 Orientation Day at Victoria University seminar room on Monday, 15 April 2019.
Staff from RGIT Australia's Admin and Student Services Department facilitated the comprehensive orientation, which provided students with important information on studying at RGIT Australia's Main and Victoria House campuses.
As well as important information on studying at RGIT Australia, additional information was provided to overseas students on living in Melbourne and adjusting to the Australian lifestyle, and assistance services such as RGIT Australia's Student Welfare Team.
In addition to important information about students' responsibilities and attendance, students were also informed about student engagement opportunities while studying at RGIT, and RGIT's Melbourne's facilities including the Student Library and Resource Centre, recreational facilities, Training Kitchen, Nursing Lab, classrooms and simulated learning environments.
RGIT Australia CEO, Founder & Director, Chandra Yonzon, was delighted to welcome students and speak about opportunities available to students and RGIT's active student life on campus.
Following official proceedings, students were treated to lunch and were welcomed by staff and trainers and met fellow classmates.
Classes are set to commence next week following the Easter Break on Tuesday, 23 April 2019.
