The webinar saw education agents learn how to use and the benefits of using the Portal. RTO Manager's Agent Portal assists agents by allowing them to submit student applications directly, providing agents with a simpler, more efficient way to manage the student application process. Managing student applications from the time of application to enrolment using RTO Manager reduces processing time, benefiting both agent and applicant.

Glenroy Memorial Preschool Director, Maha Mikhail, consulted with RGIT Australia ECEC trainers, Sangeeta Khol and Rizwana Ali, and provided them with insight on how they could improve student assessment tasks. Ms Mikhail's advice also prompted a number of role plays used in class to be altered to more truly reflect day-to-day operations of a childcare care centre.
