RGIT Australia concluded one of its most comprehensive tours of Nepal on Wednesday, 23 May 2018. The 14-day tour, which was aimed at providing agents, students and parents with information on RGIT Australia as well as living and studying in Australia in general, saw interactive student and agent seminars, agent visits and meet-and-greets, and group and one-on-one student counseling facilitated by Melbourne-based Marketing and Communications Officer, Zeb Pinder, Operations Manager, Sanushka Rajbhandary, Marketing Coordinator, Kishor Adhikari, and Nepal-based Marketing and Admissions Manager, Manish Paudel.
The tour commenced with agent visits, an interactive agent seminar and student counseling Pokhara on Friday, 11 May, before traveling to hold seminars and student counseling in Butwal on Sunday, 13 May.
Representatives visited agents before hosting an agent meet-and-greet in Narayanghat (Chitwan) on Monday, 14 May. A short agent seminar took place before discussions regarding Diploma of Nursing pathways and entry requirements, Early Childhood Education and Care programs, and the latest news and developments from RGIT Australia's Melbourne and Hobart campuses. Agents expressed appreciation in RGIT Australia's reaffirmed support by both Nepal- and Melbourne-based college representatives.
Representatives were delighted by the turnout at an interactive student seminar which was held in Hetauda on 15 May. A student seminar covering all aspects of RGIT Australia, living in Australis and student welfare was held before a question and answer session. All students received group counseling, while many also sought one-on-one counseling to discuss their preferred course, entry requirements, and possible career opportunities following completion of various courses.
Representatives then traveled to Itahari, Birtamode, Biratnagar and Kathmandu, where they visited agents and spoke with students in their offices.
