ELICOS student farewell

ELICOS students kicked off the new year with a farewell afternoon tea for much loved student, Meng, last week. Meng recently completed the General English program and is going on to continue studies in Hospitality at RGIT Australia. ELICOS and EAL Trainer, Chloe, said that she is sure that "Meng's proficient use of English will provide him a definite professional advantage in this dynamic sector."

RGIT 2017 graduate shares her story

Sandra Marcela Vega Días recently celebrated graduation at RGIT Graduation Ceremony in Melbourne on Wednesday, 6 December 2017. We sat down with Sandra, an international student from Colombia who has been in Australia for three years, to talk about her experiences at RGIT and her plans for the future.

Queen Victoria Market: by Liane (Lin-Yen Yu) - Blog Competition Student Winner

In July 2015, RGIT ran a competition in the EVOLVE student magazine. The competition allowed students to submit a blog story on any topic of their choice.

Liane (Lin-Yen Yu) from the ELICOS GE3 class emerged as the winner, with a story on one of Melbourne's iconic landmark the Queen Victoria Market. 

With vivid descriptions about shopping at the market, she was a clear winner, receiving a $50 Coles Myer gift card and notable mention.
